Arrestingly Delicious Olive Tapenade

Super Sausage-esq Spheres

This is an update of a classic holiday and/or game day recipe. 


1 ½ c      Bisquick

½ lb        Turkey (or chicken), ground

8 oz        Cheddar, shredded

1 T          Parsley, dried

3 ½ T      Spread-mmms Beldi olive tapenade


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl & mix together, until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, approx. 1”.  Make sure the dough sticks together and is no longer crumbly.
  4. Place on a baking sheet or cast iron skillet, approx. ½ inch apart.  Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly browned.


          Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: Any uncooked Sausage-esq Spheres can be frozen to cook at a later date.  Just increase the cooking time by about 5- 10 minutes.
